For the last two track seasons an almost flawless display of athletic ability has taken place in Conyers, Georgia. That ability comes from Candace Hill, the nation’s top sprinter for high school women’s track. Track fans knew they were in for an incredible four years after her first complete high school track season. Candace Hill has already set the state record in the 200 meter and numerous meet records on her way to capturing the 100 meter and 200 meter titles for her freshman and sophmore season. Hill has also garnered the crown as the Gatorade Georgia Girls Track and Field Athlete of the Year. This young woman has all the makings and abilities of Allyson Felix, the all-world gold medalist who has for the past 10 years pretty much toyed with her competition. As she continues to dominate the track, expect to see Hill make her mark on the international scene as she continues to show that she is truly the next superior track athlete.
